(1) The compensation for the land to be acquired under this Act shall be given in cash. will remain:
(a) Chief District Officer,
(b) the land administrator or warehouse manager,
(c) If the land is acquired for the project, the Project Head and if the land is acquired for other works, one officer appointed by the Chief District Officer,
(d) The representative of the concerned rural municipality or municipality.

(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), when determining the compensation, the rate of compensation may be fixed separately in the case of a person who owns the entire land and only some land.
